These terms apply to all users of the ALPHA CODX website, API, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Account

• You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use ALPHA CODX for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted systems.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Interfere with the performance or integrity of the service.
• Use automated methods to scrape or extract data without permission.

4. AI‑generated content

• Content generated by ALPHA CODX is for informational and assistive purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated code, images, or text before using them.
• AI outputs may be used for commercial or personal purposes, but you bear all risks and liabilities.

5. User content

• You retain ownership of your inputs (messages, uploads).
• By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., sending to AI models, storing for your future access).
• We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

6. Billing and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

• The ALPHA CODX brand, logo, interface, and underlying software are our property and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer the platform.

8. Disclaimers and limitations

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, or $100 if no payment was made.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
